We nerd out on the art and science of distilling. We go deep on mash bills, fermenting, and equipment.
We'll sample whiskey straight from the barrel at various ages to understand how white oak works wonders.
Drink white dog straight off the still. Taste bourbon from grain to glass before it's aged.
Learn how to taste whiskey like the pros while we hang out in the rickhouse. It tastes better from the barrel!
